Melissa Jones is our Custodial employee of the year.
Melissa works at Pea Ridge as the Day Porter. She Started with ABM in February
2017 as a custodian and worked her way up to Day Porter. What can I Say about
Melissa? She is exceptional, loyal, conscientious and just down right pleasant
to her coworkers, kitchen staff, and administration. We do ask Melissa to work
over and help the night crew when needed and she always stays over and helps. We
have received several emails from administration about Melissa’s work ethic and
attitude, they really appreciate and care about Melissa. She always responds to
radio calls, clean ups, special event work and all of the assorted duties that a
Day Porter is responsible for. Melissa is a vital part of our ABM team at Pea
Ridge and is very deserving to be named ABM Custodial Employee of the year.
