This individual has
recently changed roles within our school. This did not occur because of poor
performance, but rather exceptional. In taking over the new position, this
individual had to learn several new systems such as how to operate a poster
making machine, how to look up student data on both 3270 and SMART, how to
manage student files, organize a duty schedule and manage the production room.
Throughout the process of developing the ed support duty schedule,
this individual
also organized
the training
for the
various rolls
each person
would rotate through on the
schedule. Having knowledge of each duty station is also why our candidate can
fill in for any person who is absent. In addition to all of the above, this
individual can also manage student groups of any size due to her knowledge of
children, demeanor and rapport.
In addition to all of the
above, this individual is simply a great person. No job is too big or too small.
No task is beneath them. Every day, whatever the task, it is completed with a
smile on their face. They see the "big picture" of serving students and know
whatever they are asked to do is to help kids. This role is not taken lightly
and that is why they make Sims Middle School a better place.
