Jane Bartholomew
Dixon Primary School

Letter of Nomination
Our nominee is organized, composed, and very professional in performing the duties of her position.  She always goes that extra mile to help out with any situation, or special event that may arise.  Her contribution to the school, students, and faculty is endless.

She is very knowledgeable with all the office duties, because she has worked in that position at one time.  Our nominee worked her way up from the bottom to her present position as Secretary III.    Everyone knows when they ask her to do a task, that it will be done correctly and in a timely manner.  She is also a good listener, and makes you feel like you are the most important person in the world.  Her big heart always has room for one more!!

The thing that stands out most of all, is her dedication and love for family, friends, and most of all our Heavenly Father.  Her Christian fellowship follows her to work and in her daily tasks.   With all the responsibilities she has, there is always a friendly smile, and a warm heart for everyone that knows her.  Our staff and student body is truly blessed to have this nominee as our “Employee Of The Year!!!!!!

Administrator's Letter of Recommendation
It is with a great deal of pleasure that I tell you about our School Related Employee of the Year.  She has worked as our Data Clerk, Front Office Secretary and now as our Bookkeeper.  In each of these roles she has performed in an exemplary manner.  She takes her job very serious and is dedicated to the staff and students at Dixon Primary.

Now, I would like to tell you about our nominee as a friend to all.  She is a very loving and caring individual who always wants to help others in time of need.  She is always willing to assist staff in important paperwork and guide them through difficult situations.  Her entire family has helped on numerous occasions when we have had a schoolwide event or during the start up of school each year when the office is buried in paperwork.

I can’t express how much I admire our nominee for her loyalty and ethics and I am so proud to call her “My Friend”.  I can always depend on her to do her job with efficiency and perfection.  She always goes the extra mile to keep me up to date on the financial situation at our school.  I look to her for guidance when I have to make important budget decisions and can always be sure that she comes to each meeting well prepared.  She is also one of our school cheerleaders when it comes to promoting events that boost staff morale.

Our nominee is a horsewoman and teaches private riding lessons.  She and her family have organized a saddle club that sponsors many trail rides throughout the year.  Her faith is very evident in her day to day actions as well as her association with everyone she meets.  She has also been very active in her children’s education and participated in the band boosters of the  high school where her daughter attends.  She is very active in her Church, her community, and her profession.

She is an outstanding representation of the Educational Support Employees at our school and would be a wonderful representative for the Santa Rosa County School Related Employee of the Year.
